There’s also the Fitness Centre and the very popular 5 mile ‘Loop’ – the perfect exercise to start your day with the reward of witnessing the sun rising above the sea into cloudless blue skies, or alternatively the setting of the sun. Or perhaps steal away to deserted White Bay with a picnic lunch and bottles of white wine to snorkel or just enjoy the escape.
